1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No reason required.

  • Applies to all Pro license purchases.
  • Refunds processed to original payment method.
  • Typically 5–10 business days.

2. How to Request

  1. Email: Send "Refund Request" with your Paddle transaction ID to support@daolh.dev.
  2. Paddle: Request directly through Paddle support.

3. After a Refund

  • Pro license deactivated → reverts to Free (5-min limit).
  • All your recordings and settings remain intact.
  • Free version continues indefinitely.

4. Try Before You Buy

The Free version includes every feature available in Pro. The only difference is a 5-minute time limit. Try it first to ensure it works for you.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline requests in cases of clear abuse (repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
