You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No reason required.
- Applies to all Pro license purchases.
- Refunds processed to original payment method.
- Typically 5–10 business days.
2. How to Request
- Email: Send "Refund Request" with your Paddle transaction ID to support@daolh.dev.
- Paddle: Request directly through Paddle support.
3. After a Refund
- Pro license deactivated → reverts to Free (5-min limit).
- All your recordings and settings remain intact.
- Free version continues indefinitely.
4. Try Before You Buy
The Free version includes every feature available in Pro. The only difference is a 5-minute time limit. Try it first to ensure it works for you.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline requests in cases of clear abuse (repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
