These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DALBIT software products and the DAOLH website (collectively, the "Service") operated by DAOLH ("we", "us", or "our"). DALBIT is a brand of AI-powered software products published by DAOLH. By downloading, installing, or using any DALBIT product, you agree to these Terms.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DALBIT products for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
- Free Version: You may use any DALBIT product at no cost with a 5-minute time limit per session. All other features are fully available without restriction.
- Pro Version: A one-time purchase grants unlimited usage on the specified number of personal computers.
Both Free and Pro versions include the same features, codecs, resolution support, and AI capabilities. There are no watermarks, advertisements, or bundled software in any version.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where applicable law expressly permits.
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the software to third parties.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Use the software to violate any applicable law or regulation.
3. Intellectual Property
DALBIT products and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of DAOLH. Your recordings and any content you create using DALBIT products remain entirely yours — we claim no ownership or rights over your content.
4. Privacy & Data Collection
DALBIT products do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All processing — including AI-powered features — runs entirely on your local machine. No data ever leaves your computer. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment & Billing
Pro license purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT obligations. By purchasing a Pro license, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

7. Updates
All updates within the same major version (e.g., v1.x) are included free of charge. We may release major version upgrades as separate products in the future, which would require a new purchase.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
DALBIT products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DAOLH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
