These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Daolh Software ("we", "us", or "our") products and website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using any Daolh Software product, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Daolh Software products for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

• Free Version: You may use any Daolh Software product at no cost with a 5-minute time limit per session. All other features are fully available without restriction.
• Pro Version: A one-time purchase grants unlimited usage on the specified number of personal computers.

Free and Pro products share nearly identical features. However, free products have certain limitations such as time limits.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where applicable law expressly permits.
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the software to third parties.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the software to violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Intellectual Property

Daolh Software products and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Daolh Software. Your recordings and any content you create using Daolh Software products remain entirely yours — we claim no ownership or rights over your content.

4. Privacy & Data Collection

Daolh Software products do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All processing — including AI-powered features — runs entirely on your local machine. No data ever leaves your computer. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment & Billing

Pro license purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT obligations. By purchasing a Pro license, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

7. Updates

All updates within the same major version (e.g., v1.x) are included free of charge. We may release major version upgrades as separate products in the future, which would require a new purchase.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Daolh Software products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daolh Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
